How should HRM councillors deal with its projected $30 million budget shortfall?

Cut back on transit expansion, which accounts for about half the shortfall.
Leave the transit expansion plans in place, cut back everywhere else.
Implement staff’s suggestion and make lots of small cuts and small tax increases.
Make no cuts and increase taxes instead.
That’s why I’m not a councillor.
