Rodney’s defeated budget?

Rodney should have floated a budget months ago, or called an election. It’s his fault we have no budget in time to get stimulus money flowing for the summer construction season.
The opposition parties are playing politics. Using offshore receipts to fund needed programs isn’t “going into debt.”
