Should the city had torn down the Cogswell Interchange when it had the chance?

Yes. We need to get rid of that eyesore, and building the convention centre there would’ve been a great way to do it.
No. We all want to get rid of the Cogswell Interchange, but development downtown needs to happen in an orderly fashion.
